Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence from school, habitual late coming, leaving the school premises without permission, disobedience and any type fo unruly and objectionable behavior are considered to be grave acts of indiscipline on the part of a student which can lead to his/herustication from the school.
The following disciplinary measures may be adopted by the school in dealing with students behaving in an unruly manner -
- Making them stand at the back of the class or sit on the floor.
- Imposing nominal fine.
- Oral warning & counseling.
- Written warning.
- Detention during the break, Suspension (Ranging from 3 to 30 days).
- Rustication
